Yoga Nidra -- Yoga nidra is a guided
meditation technique that teaches how to
truly relax and let the mind and body
rejuvenate. Visualization, the senses and
pranayama (breath) is used to progressively
move into a deep state of relaxation. Yoga
nidra can be a powerful tool in releasing
negative, habitual patterns and result in a
grounded, present state.
Partner Yoga -- Although sharing your
yoga practice with someone else may stretch
areas of your body more than practicing
alone, partner yoga goes beyond being
simply a form of exercise. Poses require
cooperation between both people; this
develops trust and communication. Grab a
spouse, gym budy, relative or friend For this
fun and energizing workshop. Poses are
done together working with balance, support,
trust, alignment, strength, and flexibility.
Beginner Yoga Workshop -- Gentle 1-1/2
hour workshop is an overview of the practice
of yoga. Basic yoga postures are
introduced with emphasis on alignment and
breathing. Guided relaxation ends the
workshop. For the beginner; no experience
needed.

Hot Vinyasa Flow -- Flow, sweat and purify.
The main benefits of using heat while doing yoga
are increased flexibility and cleansing the body of
toxins. Experience greater opening in mind &
body with a a dynamic flow sequence in a heated
room up to 90 degrees. Excellent for weight
loss, detoxing, safely increasing muscle flexibility
and deepening your practice.
Private -- This is ideal for new students, people
with unpredictable schedules or specific health
issues (e.g. allergies, insomnia, injuries). The
session can either be conducted at Yoga West
Studio or at your home.
Yoga Parties -- Host a Yoga Party in your home
or select location. In addition to a 60 to 90-minute
yoga session for you and your guests, a creative
party can be planned including activities such as
catering and massage. Whether it's a birthday,
dinner party, brunch, baby shower or bachelorette
party, a Yoga Party is a unique, healthy and
relaxing way to celebrate.
Pilates Workshop -- Classic Pilates mat
exercises designed to tone and reshape the
body. Challenging and easy to follow exercises
focus on precise breathing techniques and
building the body's core to develop a flat stomach
and leaner, toned muscles.
